How do I submit my paper to a journal?
Authors can submit their manuscripts only by the online submission system.
How do I find out if my paper is within the scope of a journal?
If you want to confirm whether your paper is suitable for the journal, check the "Aim & Scope "on the journal website. You may also email the journal through contact us.
What is the template used for initial Submission of papers?
All papers must be submitted in journal template which can be downloaded from the home page link Download Templates. Papers that don't follow format will not be considered for review.
What is the min & max number of pages allowed per paper?
There should be a min of 5 pages to a max of 20 pages allowed per manuscript. Max of 30 pages is allowed with additional cost per page. It also depends on the type of manuscript. Detailed guidelines can be viewed here. Explore
What type of file format is acceptable?
MS Word and PDF formats are accepted for review, but on acceptance camera ready paper is accepted only in MS Word format.
Are all submitted articles peer reviewed?
Yes, all submitted articles undergo double blind peer review. The status of the paper will be informed . Authors will be provided time to revise and make changes suggested by the reviewers.
Will my willingness to pay an author fee affect whether my article is published?
No, the fee is for publication charges not to get it selected. Only after the article is accepted for publication we will ask for payment.
What kind of papers will be rejected without review?
Out of Scope papers, duplicate submissions, and papers with improper formatting will be automatically rejected.
Is it possible for me to talk to the journal editor over the phone about my paper?
All inquiries and comments about manuscripts should be in writing. Keeping things in writing provides good record keeping, which is especially important for some reason in the future.
Is there a printed version of the journal? Can I order additional journal copies? How do I do this?
No, we believe in saving the paper to save the trees. So, the print version is unavailable.
I submitted an article some months ago and had no response so far, whom should I ask regarding this?

Are there any discounts available?
Authors need to pay the full amount for publication. In the mission for promotion of equal opportunity in research, A2Z Journals offers a full Article Processing Charge (APC) waiver for authors who are based in a nation that is designated by the World Bank as a low-income economy.
What is the refund process for the journal?
If an author requests to withdraw his/her manuscript after paying the fee, no refund can be claimed. If the article is found to be plagiarized even after publication, no refund can be claimed.
